Hitoshi Ariga is a professional artist whose Pokemon work goes far beyond individual card illustration. Bulbapedia describes him as a manga and picture-book artist with game-industry graphic design experience, long associated with the Mega Man franchise, and records his Pokemon TCG work from 2011.
